In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped.

exchanges/returns

Under these conditions, you may return the goods for a refund or exchange:

Returned items must be returned to us in original condition
(ex. The tags have not been detached, The product hasn’t been worn outside…) within 10 days of receiving the goods.
Once we get it back , we will refund except shipping cost + duties.
For safety reasons , we might ask you verify information.
Please mark it as “ Return Goods “ and put it as “ 0 “ value with all order information.
If there is any extra cost incurred , it will be passed to You.

Exchange cost is all yours.



Under these conditions, you may NOT return the goods for a refund or exchange:

For accessories, underwear, and cosmetics, upon opening the packaging, you may not return the goods.
When you have distorted the product, whether it was intentional or not.
When the value of the product has dropped from usage of the product.
When the value of the product has dropped due to the passed time.
For purchasing products in order to copy it.

After we receive the returned goods, we will cancel your credit card.
